Once your generation is complete, click the "Download" button in the studio interface. You can choose between .STL (for printing) and .GLB (for digital use) formats.
Free tier generations are for personal use only. Pro subscribers get a commercial license for all models generated during their subscription period.
Try simplifying your prompt or checking your internet connection, then run a new attempt. If the issue persists, contact support with the reference code from the error message so we can investigate and apply account corrections when applicable.
When platform settings enable it, Free-plan generations can be auto-submitted to Vault as pending requests. They are reviewed before any Marketplace exposure and are not published automatically.
Download permission depends on your current plan configuration. Some plans can preview and manage assets without direct download access until upgraded.
We normalize equivalent email aliases and apply anti-abuse limits for new registrations. Accounts created to farm free credits can be blocked or restricted.
Review times vary based on queue volume and quality checks. Pending status means your submission is received and waiting moderation.
Common causes include low mesh quality, missing optimization, unclear licensing, policy violations, or detected abuse patterns. You can improve and resubmit.
